I've always been obsessed with dressing up for Halloween. I can tell you every single Halloween costume I have worn since Pre-K (don't worry, I won't bore you.) But this year, I just wasn't into it. I felt like Halloween wasn't in the air as much as it usually is. I didn't even catch Teen Witch on TV! But my mom went into a sewing craze and made 6, yes SIX costumes in 5 days.

And my little sister Nat with her bf Jon as Minnie & Mickey Mouse... you can't really see the costume but it's adorable (full skirt, poofy sleeves, yellow patent leather shoes, the works).
To top the Halloween awesomeness off... I went to my favorite store ever HomeGoods today and picked these friggin super cute Halloween things up for, no joke, less than $5!
Serg looked at me like I was crazy and said "Halloween was yesterday." Yes, thank you Captain Obvio, but don't you worry... I'll put these to good use next year at our first Haunted Halloween Party here at Mayfair Drive! ;)
